Experimenta Vanishing Point
On at the CAST gallery in Tasma street North Hobart until February 26th this is the most exciting multimedia presentation I have seen. Experimenta is a curated exhibition of artists from Korea, Australia, USA, South Africa, Japan and New Zealand and is a visual feast. From the vertigo inducing streetscape of Sheley Eskar and Paul Kaiser to the god like traffic control of June Bum Park the mind is in a constant whirl as it tries to assimilate the fantastic presented in the context of every day life.
Make the time to visit this exhibition and you will undoubtedly get your creative juices flowing.
