Diane Foster recently attended an intesive printmaking workshop and conference at the Bathurst and Orange Regional Art Galleries.  She has put together such a fantastic review we decided to create a new category for members reviews!  The trip included workshops with Nicole Welch, Greg Hyde and Tim Winter, masterclasses with Jorg Schmeisser and G.W. Bot as well as many other highly regarded and Internationally recognised speakers.  Diane also included some fabulous hints and tips from the masters.  Pressing Issues ia a great read.

   Thank you so much for your article on the Conference (Hunter Island Press Inc) - we have all read and enjoyed it, it gave us a great insight into the delegates experience.

   Thanks Marion and all at the Bathurst Regional Art Gallery for your email and comments. I’ve had a few people email for more info about certain things, especially Greg’s studio visit and talk. I’d like to visit again and I’m sure others would, so please send some flyers next time you are planning a conference, to the Art School in Hunter St Hobart or to the gallery guides at the Tas. Museum and Art Gallery. As you know, Barbara and I only found out about it at the last minute.
