Art School Open Day

If you have time today then the University Art School is the place to be! There will be a wide range of activities including The Big Print which is an attempt at creating a huge print using all sorts of ‘dreamt up’ techniques and tools - for example a lawn rolller - under the guide of Milan Milojevic. Also happening and not to missed is a couple of sessions of drawing with Lindsay Broughton, a stencil art demonstration with Die Laughing Collective, badge making, BBQ and sales including prints and photos. Hunter Island Press will be set up there with a stall to offer information and the opportunity to join or support the community studio development. The art school is located in Hunter Street in the old IXL building and events run from 10am to 4pm. Sorry about the late posting here!
