I am a Tasmanian printmaker, specialising in linocut, woodcut, solar plate etch, and drypoint engrave prints. I especially like to make prints of Tasmanian native animals and plants. I am currently experimenting with mounting the prints on board and embelishing them through coloured varnish..
I have an exhibition at the Moonah Arts Centre in September (2017), where my prints of critters of the Egg Islands (a TLC reserve, opposite Franklin; midstream Huon River) will be on display.
I am currently completing my BFA at the University of Tasmania's Centre for the Arts , and for that, my Printmaking and Drawing Studio majors are completed. Studying Life Drawing (EXpression) and Contemporary Art of the Asia-Pacific Region this semester (sem 2, 2017).
